Namaste! I’m Rajan Dhamala, leading the team at Exotic Mountains Treks & Expedition. I'm thrilled to invite you into the breathtaking world of Nepal's mountains, a place as renowned for its stunning landscapes as for the warmth of its people. My adventure started at 15, working as a porter, carrying gear up to the Annapurna Base Camp. That first journey? It was more than just carrying stuff; it was the beginning of a dream.
Growing up in Nepal, I quickly learned the importance of hospitality. That belief is the core of Exotic Mountains. I've explored every corner of Nepal, gathering stories and wisdom from Everest to the secluded paths of Upper Dolpo.
Now, leading Exotic Mountains, I'm excited to share my passion for adventure with you. We aim to offer more than just treks; we offer connections to the heart of Nepal, emphasizing safety, respect for nature, and community care.
My journey from porter to director has shown me the magic of Nepal - the serene Tengboche Monastery mornings, the awe-inspiring mountain views, and the vibrant local cultures. At Exotic Mountains, we seek out the unique stories and experiences that define Nepal.
