Yes, a personal sleeping bag is essential since teahouses typically only provide blankets. A full equipment list tailored to the ABC trek will be provided upon booking. If you prefer not to bring all your gear, please note that some trekking equipment rental options may be available in Kathmandu and Pokhara.

We include porter services to make your trek enjoyable! While there is a shared weight limit per trekker, your larger bag will be safely transported between trekking locations, leaving you free to carry just a small daypack with essentials.

Teahouses offer a range of Nepali and Western-style dishes including dal bhat (lentil rice), noodles, pasta, and more. Please share any dietary restrictions when booking – we’ll do our best to accommodate! While your trek meals are included, snacks and bottled water are extra – consider budgeting for these.
