Tsum Valley Trek Overview
The Tsum Valley Trek follows the Budhi Gandaki corridor before turning into a remote Himalayan valley known for Tibetan-influenced villages, monasteries, forest trails and high mountain landscapes. This route is intended for travelers who want a quieter cultural trek and are comfortable with simple facilities and changing trail conditions.
The itinerary includes time around Chhokangparo, Nile and Mu Gompa, with a return through the lower valley. Restricted-area permits, a registered-agency arrangement and current TIMS and conservation requirements must be confirmed before booking.
Compare this route with the Manaslu Circuit Trek if you want a longer high-pass circuit, or ask us which itinerary best fits your time and experience.
